That Have Worked

  • Drinking water and keeping track of it
  • listing the food I have eaten
  • Stop eating after 7:30 PM

Ones I am still working on

  • Not buying snacks
  • eating slower and more mindfully
  • Becoming aware that I am eating because I am tired and not actually hungry
