I was watching an exercise video yesterday, where the person goes from lying on the floor to a V shape in one move and then back down again. I said to myself, I should do that, because I know I need to work on my core. So I laid down on the floor and I thought to myself now go into a V. Then I thought about it again. Slowly realizing my mind was telling my body to do something and my body was saying “You want me to do what?” “Yeah, that’s not happening” So now I am trying to find an exercise that can help me to build my core up to the point that I can actually do this exercise. Becoming healthier is a work in progress.
