Hi @hartlco I was one of those people having batteries problem with my series 5, I recieved it on Friday and the battery was bad Friday thru Sunday. Although I did notice it was getting better over time. Monday I got the update and yesterday the battery was fine, lasting to 11:00 Pm at 30%. So I not sure if it was the update that helped or if the watch needs time to settle in. If the watch needs time to settle in Apple should indicate that somewhere. @miraz, @sku\_b @jamesgowans
