Just finished reading My Word for 2019 by @macgenie. I started to think about what my word for 2019 might be. The word that came into my head as I was thinking was perseverance: Which is defined as continued effort to do or achieve something despite difficulties, failure or opposition. When I want to quit on a goal I have set I am going to remember the word perseverance. When fall down on a habit I am going to get up and persevere.
